enjoy the variety of the workouts. They are always different, so I am never
bored. Jennifer has a good sense of everyone's abilities and designs workouts
that everyone can do at their own level. At the same time, each participant can
expect to improve and be able to do more over the course of a few weeks.
Jennifer also works hard to encourage everyone in a positive way during the
workouts.”
